Inconel 601 filter is made of Inconel 601 alloy, which is a nickel-based high-temperature alloy containing 60Ni-23Cr-1Al-0.2Ti and other components. It has excellent mechanical properties, high temperature corrosion resistance, good high temperature corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, and excellent hot and cold processing and welding properties.
Inconel 601 filter has the following characteristics:
High temperature oxidation resistance: At high temperatures, Inconel 601 alloy can form a dense oxide film, thus achieving high spalling resistance.
Carburization resistance: Inconel 601 alloy has good carburization resistance.
Resistance to stress corrosion cracking: Due to the control of carbon content and grain size, Inconel 601 has a high creep rupture strength and is therefore recommended for use in areas above 500°C.
