The standard sieve frame is made of SUS304 stainless steel stretched and polished, with a wall thickness of 0.6-0.7mm, a surface that can be seen through, sturdy and durable, without magnetism, and the standard sieve mesh and the sieve frame are fixed by soldering and will not loosen.

And can be electroplated, chemical processing can make the screen surface smooth and wear-resistant, at the same time the warp and weft nodes are fixed together, the mesh will not deform after long-term use.

High-precision wire mesh is used for accurate screening of solid particles. Generally, mesh size is used to indicate the size of the holes in the mesh. The mesh size refers to the number of holes or wires in 1 inch (25.4 mm long). After the mesh size is determined, the thickness of the wire determines the size of the hole, so the mesh size of the same mesh may be different.
