Application of desulfurization and nitrate removal in the environmental protection industry
The flue gas desulfurization device is an auxiliary equipment of the thermal power station, which plays the role of preventing air pollution. In the flue gas desulfurization device of the coal-fired thermal power plant, the chlorine contained in the fuel is concentrated, which will form a high concentration of chloride corrosive environment. Under the condition that the chloride ion concentration exceeds 10000ppm, 904L, 254SMo, AL6XN, and 1.4529 super stainless steel will show the advantages of low cost and long life.

Marine engineering and desalination applications
require the use of super stainless steel containing a large amount of Cr, Ni, Mo and N to replace ordinary stainless steel due to the extremely harsh environment in which marine structures are located. 254SMo (S31254) and 2205, 2507 duplex stainless steel are very suitable steels for marine structures, with excellent corrosion resistance and outstanding overall cost-effectiveness in terms of product life and maintenance cost.
