Gas liquid filter mesh, also known as SP standard wire mesh, knitted metal mesh, flat wire woven mesh, foam breaking mesh, foam capturing mesh, foam removal mesh, gas-liquid mesh, foam breaking mesh, filter mesh, braided mesh, etc.
Commonly used materials for gas and liquid filters :304 gas-liquid filter, 321 gas-liquid filter, 316 gas-liquid filter, 316L gas-liquid filter, 316Ti gas-liquid filter, NS-80 gas-liquid filter, galvanized iron wire gas-liquid filter, copper wire gas-liquid filter, pure nickel gas-liquid filter, pure titanium gas-liquid filter, monal gas-liquid filter, polypropylene gas-liquid filter, polyethylene gas-liquid filter, polypropylene gas-liquid filter, polytetrafluoroethylene gas-liquid filter, multi-strand / combined gas-liquid filter, glass fiber gas-liquid filter, etc.
1 ) Gas-liquid filter products are generally produced according to Shanghai Q/SG12-1-79 and Q/YSZZ-88-91 standards .
2 ) The gas- liquid filter screen for wire mesh demister is produced in SP , HP , DP and HR mesh types.
3 ) The diameter specification range of the metal wire of the gas-liquid filter screen: 0.08 ~ 0.5 round wire or 0.1*.4 , 0.1*0.3 , 0.2*0.4 flat wire single strand;
4 ) Special features include multi-strand, metal and fiber material mixed weaving, metal and PP material mixed weaving, and interweaving.
The main materials of gas-liquid filter: stainless steel wire AISI201 , 202 , 301 , 302 , 304 , 304L , 321 , 316 , 316L , pure nickel wire, pure titanium wire, monel, galvanized wire, modified drawn wire, stainless steel wire and cotton wire or plastic, PP , PC , PE , PVC , PTFE .
