1. Austenitic 1Cr17Mn6Ni5N (SUS201) nickel-saving steel, magnetic after cold working. For railway vehicles.
2. 1Cr18Mn8Ni5N (SUS202) nickel-saving steel, replacing grade 1Cr18Ni9.
3. 1Cr17Ni7 (SUS301) has high strength after cold working. Railway vehicles, conveyor belts, bolts and nuts.
4. 1Cr18Ni9 (SUS302) has high strength after cold working, but its elongation is slightly lower than that of 1Cr17Ni7 (SUS301). Decorative parts for buildings.
5. Y1Cr18Ni9 (SUS303) improves cutting and ablation resistance. Most suitable for automatic lathes. Bolts and nuts.
6. Y1Cr18Ni9Se (SUS303Se) improves cutting and ablation resistance. Most suitable for automatic lathes. Rivets and screws.
7. 0Cr18Ni9 (SUS304) is the most widely used stainless heat-resistant steel, used in food equipment, general chemical equipment, and atomic energy industry. It is a stainless steel with austenite structure at room temperature. When the steel contains about 18% Cr, 8%~10% Ni, and about 0.1% C, it has a stable austenite structure.
8. 00Cr19Ni10 (SUS304L) is a steel with lower carbon content than 0Cr18Ni9 (SUS304), and has superior resistance to intergranular corrosion. It is a type of component that does not require heat treatment after welding.
9. 0Cr18Ni9N (SUS304N1) Adding N to the grade 0Cr18Ni9 (SUS304) increases the strength without reducing the plasticity. It reduces the thickness of the material and is used as a structural strength component.
10. 0Cr19Ni10NbN (SUS304N) is made by adding N and Nb to the grade 0Cr18Ni9 (SUS304), and has the same properties and uses as 0Cr18Ni9N (SUS304N1).
11. 00Cr18Ni10N (SUS304LN) is made by adding N to the grade 00Cr19Ni11. It has the same characteristics as the above grades and is used in the same way as 0Cr18Ni9N (SUS304), but has better resistance to intergranular corrosion.
12. 1Cr18Ni12 (SUS305) has better work hardening properties than 0Cr18Ni9. It is suitable for spinning, special drawing and cold heading.
13. 0Cr23Ni13 (SUS309S) has better corrosion resistance and heat resistance than 0Cr18Ni9 (SUS304).
14. 0Cr25Ni20 (SUS310S) has better oxidation resistance than 0Cr23Ni13 (SUS309S). In fact, it is mostly used as heat-resistant steel.
15. 0Cr17Ni12Mo2 (SUS316) has better corrosion resistance than 0Cr18Ni9 (SUS304) in seawater and other media, and is mainly used as pitting corrosion resistant material.
16. 0Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti (SUS316Ti) is used for equipment resistant to sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, formic acid and acetic acid, and has good resistance to intergranular corrosion.
17. 00Cr17Ni14Mo2 (SUS316L) is an ultra-low carbon steel of 0Cr17Ni12Mo2, which has better intergranular corrosion resistance than 0Cr17Ni12Mo2 (SUS316).
18. 0Cr17Ni12Mo2N (SUS316N) Adding N to the grade 0Cr17Ni12Mo2 increases strength without reducing plasticity, making the material thinner. It is used to make parts with better corrosion resistance and higher strength.
19. 00Cr17Ni13Mo2N (SUS316LN) is made by adding N to the grade 00Cr17Ni14Mo2 (SUS316L). It has the same characteristics as the above grades and the same uses as 0Cr17Ni12Mo2 (SUS316), but has better resistance to intergranular corrosion.
20. 0Cr18Ni12Mo2Cu2 (SUS316J1) has better corrosion resistance and pitting corrosion resistance than 0Cr17Ni12Mo2 (SUS316). It is used for sulfuric acid resistant materials.
21. 00Cr18Ni14Mo2Cu2 (SUS316J1L) is an ultra-low carbon steel of 0Cr18Ni12Mo2Cu2 (SUS316J1), which has better intergranular corrosion resistance than 0Cr18Ni12Mo2Cu2 (SUS316J1).
22. 0Cr19Ni13Mo3 (SUS317) has better pitting corrosion resistance than 0Cr17Ni12Mo2 (SUS316). It is used as dyeing equipment material, etc.
23. 00Cr19Ni13Mo3 (SUS317L) is an ultra-low carbon steel of 0Cr19Ni13Mo3 (SUS317), which has better intergranular corrosion resistance than 0Cr19Ni13Mo3 (SUS317).
24. 0Cr18Ni16Mo5 (SUS317J1) is used in heat exchangers, acetic acid equipment, phosphoric acid equipment, bleaching equipment, etc. that absorb chloride ion solutions and is used in environments where 00Cr17Ni14Mo2 and 00Cr17Ni13Mo3 are not applicable.
25. 1Cr18Ni9Ti (SUS321) is used for welding, anti-magnetic instruments, medical equipment, acid-resistant containers and equipment linings, pipelines and other equipment and parts.
26. 0Cr18Ni11Ti (SUS321) adds Ti to improve intergranular corrosion resistance and is not recommended for decorative parts.
27. 0Cr18Ni11Nb (SUS347) contains Nb to improve resistance to intergranular corrosion.
28. 0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb/05Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb. (SUS630) is also called 17-4PH stainless steel.
