Introduction to Hastelloy wire mesh grades and chemical compositions

Hastelloy wire mesh is an ultra-low carbon, Ni, Mo, Cr series nickel based, corrosion-resistant, and high-temperature resistant material. Because of its excellent high-temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance in the weld affected zone, good long-term thermal stability, and process ability, it is widely used in harsh industrial environments such as agriculture, chemical industry, nuclear facilities, and bio pharmaceuticals. It also has excellent corrosion resistance, uniform corrosion resistance, and intergranular corrosion resistance in media containing wet oxygen, sulfite, acetic acid, formic acid, and strong oxidizing salts, making it widely used in the chemical industry.
