N06022 has better uniform corrosion resistance in oxidizing media than C-4 and C-276, and excellent local corrosion resistance. C-276 has good resistance to oxidizing and moderate reductive corrosion, and excellent stress corrosion resistance. HASTELLOY C-2000 is the most comprehensive corrosion-resistant alloy with excellent uniform corrosion resistance in both oxidizing and reducing environments.
N06022 heat treatment: keep warm at 1150-1175℃ for 1-2 hours, and quickly cool in air or water. 
N06022 features: N06022 alloy is a QUAN-energy nickel-chromium-molybdenum-tungsten alloy with better overall corrosion resistance than other existing nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloys, including Hastelloy C-276, C4 alloy and 625 alloy. Hastelloy C-22 alloy has good resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking. It has excellent resistance to oxidizing aqueous media, including wet chlorine, nitric acid or mixed acids of oxidizing acids containing chloride ions. At the same time, Hastelloy C-22 alloy also has ideal resistance to reducing and oxidizing environments encountered in the process. Relying on this WAN-energy performance, it can be used in some troublesome environments or in factories for various production purposes. Hastelloy C-22 alloy has an exceptional resistance to various chemical environments, including strong oxidizing substances such as ferric chloride, cupric chloride, chlorine, hot contaminated solutions (organic and inorganic), formic acid, acetic acid, acetic anhydride, seawater and salt solutions. Hastelloy C-22 alloy has the ability to resist the formation of grain boundary precipitation in the heat affected zone of welding, so that it can also be adapted to many chemical process applications in the welded state.

N06022 corrosion resistance: Hastelloy C-22 alloy is suitable for various chemical process industries containing oxidizing and reducing media. Hastelloy C-22 is one of the only materials that can resist corrosion from moist chlorine, hypochlorite and chlorine dioxide solutions.
