Types of metal mesh belt:
1. Crankshaft mesh belt: It concentrates on various advantages of metal wire woven mesh belt. Due to the deep curved string, the position of each spiral coil is correctly positioned, thus minimizing the deformation and extension of the mesh belt.
2. Straight axis mesh belt: It is composed of alternating left and right mesh strips connected by straight strings. 4. Type B mesh belt: also known as trapezoidal mesh belt or straight mesh belt, this mesh belt is usually a gear transmission mesh belt, which has the advantages of good air permeability, uniform tension, fine workmanship, flexible rotation, good stability, high temperature resistance, pressure resistance, corrosion resistance, long life, etc.
5. Herringbone mesh belt: It is composed of alternating left and right mesh strips connected by four straight strings. The precise weaving technology makes the mesh belt have the characteristics of high density, fine mesh and flexible operation. It has extremely high requirements for materials and weaving technology. This mesh belt is suitable for conveyor lines with small loads.
6. Metal sheet mesh belt: also known as the Great Wall mesh, it is composed of flat metal sheets and round metal wires. The mesh belt has light weight, large mesh gaps, flat mesh surface, stable operation, and will not deviate. It can be used as a conveyor line for washing, drying, cooling, and heat treatment.
7. Chain-type mesh belt: This chain-type mesh belt adopts chain drive, which is suitable for large and heavy transmission. It has stable movement and strong force. The mesh surface is relatively small, which can protect the conveying mesh surface. It is expensive, but has a long service life.
8. Eye-type mesh belt: Sprocket drive, stable operation, strong bearing capacity, can transport high-speed heavy objects, smooth surface, suitable for the transportation of unstable products, large opening rate, good ventilation and dehydration, easy to clean, the eyeglass mesh belt is very suitable for the coating operation process because of its large holes, so that it can minimize contact with the conveyor belt.
9. Chain mesh belt: This chain uses chain as power. The mesh is connected with chain pieces and small tubes; the spacing can be customized according to the use. There are many specifications.
10. Chain mesh belt: The conveyor mesh belt driven by the chain is generally driven by the chain to drive the small shaft and then drive the mesh belt to run. The mesh belt is made of rolled tooth strings, two strings of left and right mesh bars, and connected with large and small mesh bars. The small shaft is inserted into the large mesh bar, and the two ends of the small shaft are inserted into the chain holes, so as to achieve the chain drive conveyor mesh belt. 13. Baffle mesh belt: This hard edge treatment, the conveying method is intuitive and simple. The baffle is formed into a straight groove after S-shaped treatment. Mechanical extrusion should be avoided during use. Once the falling phenomenon is found, it should be handled in time.
14. Triangular baffle mesh belt: This edge treatment has the advantages of lightness and firmness. It is suitable for conveying larger workpieces. The objects are not easy to slip from the edge. The workmanship is relatively fine, the quality is reliable, and the price is reasonable. It is widely used in the food industry and metal heat treatment industry.
15. Rod mesh belt: It has a simple structure and good air permeability. High strength, can carry heavier objects. Easy to clean and maintain, flexible operation.
16. Flanged mesh belt: Generally, it is a combined balanced type of four-string single-headed mesh belt. 20. Single-spin mesh belt: This mesh belt is made of single spin, with uniform texture and strong tensile strength; the two sides are parallel; the surface is flat.
21. Diamond mesh belt: Also known as hook flower net and active net.
