Stainless steel perforated plate ripple not only has high porosity and large specific surface area, but also has advantages such as high compressive strength, good thermal shock resistance, and high operating temperature. Complete discs are pulled and assembled inside the tower. The corrugated plates of the upper and lower plates of packing rotate 900 degrees and are installed to fully mix the fluid inside the tower.

During the manufacturing of stainless steel perforated plate corrugations, small holes are first punched on the corrugations to suppress fine lines, or equivalent rolling lines such as dot and dashed lines are used. According to the size of the tower, the company's technical engineers will create block drawings for the filling materials (block by block should be easy to install), calculate the block size and the size of each piece. Assemble the calculated size of the segmented corrugated sheets according to the drawing requirements, firmly connect them with arc welding points, and finally assemble them into corrugated stainless steel sheets with oblique teeth to form a cylinder.

Application and advantages of stainless steel orifice plate corrugated packing products: Due to the uniformity, regularity, and symmetry of the structure, stainless steel orifice plate corrugated packing can have a small pressure drop when having the same specific surface area as bulk packing, while providing more specific surface area, and can achieve higher mass and heat transfer effects in the same volume. Metal orifice plate corrugated packing has a larger porosity, a greater flux, and a much larger comprehensive processing capacity than plate towers and bulk packing towers. Therefore, various universal regular packing materials represented by metal orifice plate corrugated are applied in industry. Stainless steel orifice plate corrugated packing is mainly used in petrochemical industry (such as crude oil processing oil-water separator packing, coalescer packing), fertilizer industry, natural gas purification, smelting, etc. For example, in coal chemical industry (benzene washing tower and de benzene tower for recovering crude benzene in coking plants), ethylene styrene separation, high-purity oxygen preparation, epoxy propane separation, debutanization tower, cyclohexane recovery, gasoline fractionation, atmospheric and vacuum refining and other equipment.
