904L  gas-liquid filter corrosion resistance :
904L
 ( 00Cr20Ni25Mo4.5Cu ) steel is mainly developed to solve the corrosion of sulfuric acid.
It is also resistant to acetic acid corrosion at any concentration and temperature under normal pressure. It also has good corrosion resistance in formic acid, phosphoric acid, and mixed acid of formic acid and acetic acid. The results of the T method in GB1223-75  to test the intergranular corrosion tendency of OOCr20Ni25Mo4.5Cu steel show that when the steel contains C0.038% , the intergranular corrosion of this steel needs to be sensitized for more than 1 hour. Therefore, even if the welding thickness is not more than 30mm , as long as the welding process is appropriate, there is no danger of intergranular corrosion. The results of pitting potential measurement and pitting test show that 00Cr20Ni25Mo4.5Cu is better than low-grade Cr-Ni austenitic steels such as 00Cr18Ni10 and 00Cr18Ni14Mo2 . Since the Ni content in 00Cr20Ni25Mo4.5Cu steel reaches 25%,  Therefore, the stress corrosion resistance is better than that of general Cr-Ni austenitic steel. Generally speaking, in water containing chloride ions, when stress corrosion cracking occurs with 18-8 , 18-12-Mo stainless steel, choosing 00Cr20Ni25Mo4.5Cu can often prevent accidents.

317L (00Cr19Ni13Mo3 UNS S31726)  alloy is a molybdenum-based austenitic stainless steel. It has a stronger chemical corrosion resistance than conventional chromium - nickel austenitic stainless steels such as 304 alloy. In addition, compared with conventional stainless steels, 317L alloy has higher ductility, stress corrosion resistance, compressive strength and high temperature resistance. It is a low carbon grade or L grade, which has the property of resisting sensitization during welding and heat treatment. 317L steel has good seawater resistance and SCC resistance compared to 316L , and is used in chemical equipment that requires high corrosion resistance, such as Chemical ships and chemical product reactors .

 Alloys 317LMN and 317L stainless steels are more resistant to sulfuric acid solutions than conventional chromium - nickel stainless steels. Their corrosion resistance increases with the amount of molybdenum in the alloy. These alloys can withstand sulfuric acid concentrations up to 5% at temperatures up to 120°F (49°C) . In environments below 100°F (38°C) , these alloys have excellent corrosion resistance and can withstand corrosion from more concentrated solutions.  317L Stainless Steel Oxidation Resistance: Chromium - nickel - molybdenum steels have excellent oxidation resistance and low scaling rates in normal atmospheres up to 1600-1650°F ( 871-899°C ).

 

Alloy 317LMN (UNS S31726) is a molybdenum-based austenitic stainless steel with strong resistance to chemical  attack . In addition to conventional stainless steels, 317MN  alloy has higher ductility, stress  crack , and higher compressive strength at high temperatures. It is a low carbon grade or  grade,  which has the property of resisting sensitization  during and heat treatment.  and  refer to the higher molybdenum and nickel contents respectively. The molybdenum and nickel  contents make it highly resistant to pitting and crevice corrosion, especially in high temperature  solutions containing acids, chlorides, and sulfur compounds. The nitrogen content increases its strength. This stainless steel alloy has the highest resistance to water corrosion among all standard grades of  stainless steel .

Specifications of 904L 317L gas- liquid filter

1. 904L 317L gas-liquid filter wire diameter range: 0.10mm-0.55mm (common wire diameter is: 0.20mm-0.25mm ) In addition, there are multiple strands of wire twisted together. 2. 904L 317L gas-liquid filter surface: flat mesh surface and corrugated mesh surface pressed into corrugation (corrugation width and depth have different specifications and can be made according to requirements)

3. The width range of 904L 317L gas-liquid filter: 40mm , 45mm , 80mm , 100mm , 150mm , 200mm , 300mm , 400 , 500mm , 600mm , etc.

4. Hole size: from ( 2×3mm ) to ( 4×5mm ) to ( 12×6mm ). In addition, the hole size can be fine-tuned according to customer requirements. The hole form is a cross arrangement of large holes and small holes (the size of the holes in the length direction is the same, but the width is different)

5. According to the national standard HG/T21586-1998904L 317L gas-liquid filter is classified as follows

Standard type : 40-100 , 60-150 , 105-300 , 140-400 , 100-400

College type: 60-100 , 80-100 , 80-150 , 90-150 , 105-300

High penetration: 20-100 , 30-150 , 70-400 , 170-560 , 170-600

Model indication: For example, 40-100 standard type indicates that the mesh size is as shown in the figure above. A circle of gas-liquid filter has 40 holes, which is called 40 needles in the industry. The width of the gas-liquid filter is 100mm .
