HG/T21618-1998 wire mesh demister models and technical parameters

HG/T21618-1998 wire mesh demister gas-liquid filter specifications include: SP, DP, HR, HP type four standard specifications. Wire mesh demister gas-liquid filter specifications include: HG5-1404, HG5-1405, HG5-1406, standard number is Shanghai Q/SG12-1-79. The standard stipulates three types of gas-liquid nets, namely standard type, high-efficiency type and high-penetration type. For various non-standard woven nets provided by users, such as multi-strand woven, various shapes of sealing gaskets, sleeves, etc., we can customize according to the mesh size and wire diameter.
1. Wire diameter range: 0.10mm-0.55mm (common wire diameter is: 0.20mm-0.25mm) In addition, there are multiple strands of wire twisted together.
2. Opening size: from (2×3mm) to (4×5mm) to (12×6mm) In addition, the opening size can be fine-tuned according to customer requirements. The opening form is a cross arrangement of large holes and small holes (the size of the holes in the length direction is consistent, but the width is different)
3. The surface condition of the gas-liquid filter: flat mesh surface and corrugated mesh surface pressed into corrugations (the width and depth of the corrugations have different specifications)
4. The width range of the gas-liquid filter: 40mm, 80mm, 100mm, 150mm, 200mm, 300mm, 400, 500mm, 600mm, etc.
5. The main materials of the gas-liquid filter: stainless steel wires are AISI201, 202, 301, 302, 304, 304L, 321, 316, 316L, pure nickel wire, pure titanium wire, monel, galvanized wire, modified drawn wire, stainless steel wire and cotton thread or plastic, PP, PC, PE, PVC, PTFE.

The standard of "HG/T21618-1998 Wire Mesh Defoamer" is revised on the basis of the original chemical industry standards HG5-1404-81, HG5-1405-81, HG5-1406-81, combined with the actual use experience of wire mesh defoamers and the advanced technology of the imported devices. The structural design of general wire mesh defoamers can be based on this standard; the technical parameters of the filter screen for wire mesh defoamers can refer to: "HT-2001 Wire Mesh Defoamer Standard", "HG/T21618-1998 Wire Mesh Defoamer Standard", "HG/T21586-1998 Drawer-type Wire Mesh Defoamer Standard". The newly revised "HG/T21618-1998 Wire Mesh Defoamer" standard has the following changes compared with the original standard:
A. The original three standards are merged into one standard for easy selection.
B. The diameter range and specifications of the defoamer are adjusted, and the nominal diameter specifications are appropriately encrypted.
C. The wire mesh type used in the demister is added, and the basic parameters of the wire mesh are given.
D. The material varieties of wire mesh and grille are added.
E. The process calculation content of the wire mesh demister is added to facilitate selection.
This standard specifies the structure, type, specification, size, technical requirements, marking, selection and use regulations of the wire mesh demister. This standard is applicable to gas-liquid separation devices used in vertical cylindrical equipment in the chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, light industry, environmental protection and other industries. It is used to separate the mist with a droplet diameter greater than 3 to 5 μm entrained in the gas. The specification range of the wire mesh demister is: DN300 to DN5200mm (non-standard products are not limited by the specification range).

Common materials for wire mesh demister:
1. Stainless steel: 304, 304L, 321, 316Ti, 316L, RS-2, NS-80, 317L, 904L, 310S.
2. Titanium and titanium alloys: TA2, TA10.
3. Nickel and nickel alloys: pure nickel N6, Ni200, Ni201; Hastelloy C-276.
4. B-2; Inconel 601, 625; Incoloy 825; Alloy800, 800H; Monel 400.
5. Super duplex steel: 2507 (S32750) 2507 (UNS S32750).
6. Engineering plastics: polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polytetrafluoroethylene PTFE (F4), polyperfluoroethylene propylene FEP (F46), polyvinylidene fluoride PVDF (F2).
7. Glass fiber, cotton, chemical fiber. 8. Iron wire, copper wire, etc.
