1cr13 stainless steel wire mesh characteristics and application introduction
1cr13 stainless steel wire mesh is also known as 410 stainless steel wire mesh, stainless wire mesh, 1cr13 screen, 1cr13 filter, 1cr13 square hole mesh, 1cr13 stainless steel mesh.
410 is a martensitic stainless steel with good hardenability. It has high hardness, toughness, good corrosion resistance, heat strength and cold deformation performance, and good shock absorption. High temperature or low temperature tempering is required, but tempering between 370-560℃ should be avoided.
Standard: GB/T 1220-1992
corresponds to Japanese SUS410, Japanese SUS403, American 403, British S40300, German 403S17

● Characteristics and scope of application:
1Cr13 stainless steel has good corrosion resistance and machinability. 1Cr13 is used as a general-purpose cutting tool.
●Mechanical properties:
Tensile strength σb (MPa): quenching and tempering, ≥540Conditional
yield strength σ0.2 (MPa): quenching and tempering, ≥345Elongation

: Annealing, ≤200HB; Quenching and tempering, ≥159HB
●1Cr13 quenching heating temperature:
1000-1050 degrees, keep warm for 1 to 3 hours, air cooling, the hardness varies according to the tempering temperature.
Tempering at 580-650 degrees, water cooling, hardness HBS is 254-302
Tempering at 560-620 degrees, water cooling, hardness HBS is 285-341
Tempering at 550-580 degrees, water cooling, hardness HBS is 254-362
Tempering at 520-560 degrees, water cooling, hardness HBS is 341-388
Tempering at less than 300 degrees, air cooling, hardness HBS greater than 388

●Chemical composition:
Carbon C: 0.10~0.15
Silicon Si: ≤1.00
Manganese Mn: ≤1.00
Sulfur S: ≤0.025
Phosphorus P: ≤0.030
Chromium Cr: 11.50~13.50
Nickel Ni: ≤0.60
1Cr13 Copper Cu: ≤0.30


●Heat treatment specifications and metallographic structure:
Heat treatment specifications: 1) Annealing, 800~900℃ slow cooling or about 750℃ fast cooling; 2) Quenching, 950~1000℃ oil cooling; 3) Tempering, 700~750℃ fast cooling.
Metallographic structure: The organizational characteristics are martensite.
●Delivery status: Generally delivered in heat-treated state, the type of heat treatment is indicated in the contract; if not indicated, it is delivered in the state without heat treatment.
