Introduction to the models, specifications and technical parameters of metal wire woven dense mesh filters
Metal wire woven dense mesh filter is mainly used for gas, liquid filtration and other media separation. Metal wire woven dense mesh filter is produced in accordance with the national standard GB/T21648-2008 and the enterprise standard Q/9D193-1998. This standard refers to the international standard ISO4783/1-1996 "Metal Wire Woven Mesh-Guide for Combination of Mesh and Metal Wire Diameter Part 1 General Principles". The weft wires of the
metal wire woven dense mesh filter are closely arranged, and the plain weave and twill weave methods are adopted.
The basic aperture filtration degree of the metal wire woven dense mesh filter is 347~3µm.
The metal wire woven dense mesh filter is a high-precision filter mesh carefully woven with high-quality brass, pure nickel and stainless steel wire.
1. Structural type, model and specification
1. Structural type: plain weave, twill, among which twill is divided into full-covered twill and non-full-covered twill.
2. Model and specification: The model of metal wire dense mesh is expressed by "code and nominal aperture size".
A) The code for plain weave is "MPW".
B) The code for full-covered twill is "MXW'
C) The code for non-full-covered twill is "MBW".
The specification of metal wire woven dense mesh is expressed by "warp basic mesh number × weft basic mesh number/warp basic diameter × weft basic diameter".
3. Marking method and example
The marking of metal wire woven dense mesh consists of model, specification and standard number.
Example 1: A plain woven dense mesh with a nominal pore size of 55µm and a specification of 50×280/0.16×0.09 is marked as: MPW200/50 50×280/0.16×0.09 GB/T 21648—2008
Example 2: A warp fully covered twill woven dense mesh with a nominal pore size of 15µm and a specification of 150×1400/0.063×0.04 is marked as: MXW630/15 150×1400/0.063×0.04 GB/T21648—2008
Example 3: A warp partially covered twill woven dense mesh with a nominal pore size of 25µm and a specification of 165×600/0.071×0.05 is marked as: MBW650/25 165×600/0.071×0.05 GB/T21648-2008
2. Technical requirements
1. The material and surface quality of the metal wire, and the deviation of the metal wire diameter shall comply with the provisions of JB/T7860.
2. The mechanical properties of the metal wire and the minimum weight of a single piece shall comply with the requirements agreed upon by both parties.
3. The specifications of the metal wire woven dense mesh, the mesh size and deviation between the warp wires, and the weft wire density shall comply with the provisions in the table. Specifications not in the table can be provided upon agreement between the supply and demand parties.
4. The number of large mesh holes between the warp wires is allowed to not exceed 3% of the total number of warp wires.
5. The mesh width of the metal wire woven dense mesh is 800mm, 1000mm, 1250mm, and the mesh width deviation is +20mm. It can also be agreed upon by both parties.
III. Inspection Rules
1. The dense mesh can only be shipped after being inspected and qualified by the manufacturer's quality inspection department.
2. The dense mesh should be submitted for inspection in rolls. When a roll contains several sections of mesh, each section must be inspected.
3. The purchaser can inspect the dense mesh according to the following contents to see if it meets the various indicators specified in this standard.
a. Weaving type, b. Weaving quality. c. Warp and weft density. d. Mesh width, length and quantity. e. Metal wire diameter. f. Chemical composition.
